- 1 kg chicken

- 1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder

- 1 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsp tandoori masala
- 1 tsp jeera(cumin) powder
- 1 lemon juice
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Pinch food colour(optional)
- to taste Salt
- 1 piece charcoal
- 1 tsp ghee
- For rice
- 1/2 kg rice
- 2 tbsp oil
- 8 garlic pods chopped
- 2 green chilli finely chopped
- 1 chicken broth cube
- 1 tbsp coriander finely chopped
- Veggies
- 1 capsicum sliced
- 1 bowl cabbage sliced
- 1 carrot julliened
- 1 cup spring onions (1 inch size chopped)
- 1 tsp vinegar
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1 tsp soya sauce
- for BBQ sauce
- 1 tsp oil
- 2 garlic pods
- 1 tbsp kashmiri red chilli+red chilli powder
- to taste Salt
- 1 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
Instructions to make to make BBQ Rice
- Mix all the ingredients for chicken and marinate it and keep aside for an hour.



- Take a pan add oil and place chicken and let it cool on medium flame. After 15 minutes close the lid and cook. When done place charcoal in between of chicken in foil and add ghee and close lid.



- Take oil in a pan add garlic,green chillies, veggies, vinegar, black pepper powder, soya sauce and sauce till crisp(don't add salt or it will make it soft,)


- Take oil in a pan and add garlic and green chillies, chicken broth and water. When noodles add rice,salt and let it cook. Once cooker add coriander leaves.



- Add one by one mentioned till ketchup for BBQ sauce and cook for a minute.



- Mix mayo and BBQ sauce and it's ready.


- Now assemble in a tray by adding rice first then veggies(add salt to veggies just before serving) then sauce, then chicken. DrizzLe some sauce over and enjoy.
