- 1/2 tsp garam masala

Mix all the ingredients given for kofta. Make balls. Flat the ball fill dry fruits in it and again make ball. Put it on boiling water. Boil it till balls come out. Drain the water. (#This Water can be used for gravy and other purpose.) set aside - Cashew paste
