  10. 1 capsicum chopped
  11. 1 cup chopped cabbage
  12. 3 tbsp vegetable oil
  13. 2 tsp black pepper powder
  14. 1 tbsp ginger, garlic minced
  15. 3 green chillies chopped
  16. 1 tbsp green chilli sauce
  17. 1 tbsp cornflour
  18. 2 eggs

  1. Wash and soak rice for 20 minutes.Boil water in a pan with 1 tbsp oil,1 tsp salt and add the rice.Let it boil till it is 80% cooked.Add 2 cups cold water.Give it a stir and strain water completely.Spread out to cool.Meanwhile slice into thin strips boneless chicken breast.Clean and.Chop all vegetables into thin strips.Chop onion and mince garlic.

Smear little salt,black pepper,1 tsp chilli sauce,garlic paste and 1 tsp cornflour to the chicken strips.Mix all and set aside for 5 minutes.Meanwhile beat 2 eggs with little salt and heat 1 tsp oil.Add the eggs and scramble them.Set aside.Heat 2 tbsp oil and fry the chicken strips till golden brown.In the remaining oil,add the minced garlic and fry.Then add chopped onion,salt, carrots and beans.Stir fry for 2 minutes.Add chopped capsicum and toss.
  3. In a separate deep sauce pan heat up 2 tbsp oil and add the stir fried vegetables,chicken, and scrambled eggs.Mix all and add chilli sauce,soya sauce,black pepper,vinegar and ajinomoto.Toss and add cooked rice.Fry for sometime. Switch off flame,cover and give the rice a standing time for 5-6 minutes.Serve hot as it is with chilli garlic sauce.....
