  2. As per taste Salt
  3. 600 g Chicken
  4. 2 tbsp Ketchup
  5. 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
  6. 1-1/2 tbsp Sugar
  7. 1-1/2 tsp Worcestershir sauce
  8. 3 tbsp Cooking Oil
  9. 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste
  10. 1 packet Malai boti masala
  11. 15 g Carrot
  12. 15 gm or 1 whole chopped Capsicum
  13. 1 Chopped Onion
  14. 1 tbsp Black Pepper Powder
  15. 2-3 Green Chili
  16. 1 Tomato
  17. Noodles

Instructions to make to make Singaporean Rice

  1. Cooking Method

    1- In a bowl, add Sela Rice, water and soak for 2-3 hrs Cut all vegetables
  2. 2- In a pot, add water, cooking oil (as needed), salt and boil it

    3- Now, add soaked Sela Rice and boil it
  3. 4- In another bowl, add salt, black pepper powder (1 tsp) cooking oil (1 tbsp) ginger garlic paste (1 tbsp) and all sauces yogurt and malai boti masala
  4. Now add chiken in it.n marinate for 30 min
  5. Take oil n add chopped onion in another pot. fry till translucent. add marinated chicken cook for 5-8,min in high flame till chiken become soften
  6. Take vegetables in another pot add all sauces n salt n light fry it
  7. Boil Noodles by adding salt n ghee on water
  8. Take rice n boil it by adding salt n lemon juice drops
  9. Now present in a plate..its ready to eat..
