  4. 2 tsp Lemon juice

  14. 4 cubes Capsicum, cut into 2 inch cubes

  16. 4 Baby corns, cut into 1 inch piece -
  17. 1 Carrot, peeled & cut into ¼ inch cubes
  18. 1/2 cup Grated processed cheese
  19. For Gravy-
  20. 1/2 cup Chopped onion
  21. 1/2 cup Chopped tomato
  22. 8 cloves Garlic
  23. 1/2 inch piece Cinnamon
  24. 1 tsp Chilli powder
  25. 1/2 tsp or to taste Black pepper powder
  26. 1/4 tsp Sugar
  27. 2 tbsp Olive oil
  28. 5 Olive slices
  29. to taste Salt

  1. Heat oil in a pan. Add boiled chana, garlic and saute a while. Add cooked rice, salt, pepper powder, dried basil, lemon juice and mix well. Saute for a minute.

Leaving aside the border of rice put the vegetables in the center portion of the dish, such that the rice border forms a ring around the vegetables. Arrange tomato slices & capsicum pieces. (See photo, for idea) Pour the gravy on vegetables. Sprinkle cheese on this ring. Garnish with onion rings & olive slices. Microwave for 5 to 8 minutes. Serve hot.
