- 1 cup mix veggies (credit,capsicum,potato,corn,onion)
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1 tsp cumin and mustard seeds
- 1 tsp pav bhaji masala
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 5-6 black pepper corns
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 star anise
- 2 bay leaf
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp desi ghee
- 2 tsp oil
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- as required asafoetida
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste

- Wash rice keep it aside for 10 mins. heat pan adds oil, ghee once hot add mustard and cumin seeds. add ginger garlic paste. saute. remove excess water from boiled soya chunks.

- Add soya chunks to the pan now add all veggies and saute. add tomato puree saute add all dry masala mix well and saute till it leaves oil. Now add soaked rice, mix well add water cover it with a lid.


- Cook for 20 mins.check and cook for more five mins.serve hot with chilled spice curd.
