- Wash and soak rice in bowl for 15 minutes. Remove water.

- Add onion and cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add capsicum and tomatoes. Saute for another 3 to 4 minutes. Add turmeric powder, kashmiri red chili powder, garam masala. Mix it.
- Add washed and soaked rice. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes. Add salt. Mix it.
- Add water. Let it cook for 5 mins. When water starts reducing, add paneer cubes. Mix gently.
- Cover lid and cook completely. Serve with raita, gravy and papad.
